Shipping & Delivery Policy

Imalpha.inc provides software development, design, and related digital services. We do not ship any physical goods. All deliverables — such as source code, design files, applications, and documentation — are delivered electronically.

Deliverables are provided through electronic means agreed with you, which may include email, cloud storage links, source-code repositories (such as GitHub or GitLab), deployment to your hosting environment, or submission to the relevant app store on your behalf.

Delivery timelines are set out in the applicable proposal, quotation, or statement of work, and are estimates based on the agreed scope. Timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and materials from you. Delays caused by third-party services (such as app-store review or hosting providers) are outside our control.

A deliverable is considered delivered once we have made it available to you through the agreed method and notified you. Access to certain deliverables may be conditional on completion of payment as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
