Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services and payments made to Imalpha.inc.

1. Nature of Our Services
Imalpha.inc provides custom software, web, mobile, and design services. Because our work is bespoke and delivered as time, labour, and resources are committed to your project, fees paid are generally non-refundable except as expressly set out below or agreed in a signed proposal or statement of work.
2. Advance Payments and Deposits
Advance payments, booking amounts, and deposits reserve our team’s time and cover work commenced on your engagement. These amounts are non-refundable once work has begun, as they compensate resources already allocated to your project.
3. Cancellation by the Client
You may request cancellation of an ongoing engagement in writing at any time. On cancellation:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date;
- Any milestone that has been started but not completed will be billed on a pro-rata basis;
- Amounts already paid that exceed the value of work performed may, at our discretion, be refunded or adjusted against future work.
4. Cancellation by Imalpha.inc
If we are unable to continue an engagement for reasons within our control and no suitable alternative can be arranged, we will refund amounts paid for services not yet delivered. We are not liable for any refund where cancellation results from your breach of our Terms & Conditions, non-payment, or failure to provide required materials.
5. Eligible Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be limited to the portion of fees for services not yet performed. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as hosting, domains, licenses, plugins, or app-store fees) are non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at support@imalpha.in with your project details and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may be treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
